Motorcycle Accidents in California
Motorcycle accidents leave more than 4,200 people injured in the state of California each year. These accidents are often preventable. Yet, we continue to see innocent people hurt due to drivers who engage in negligent actions while traveling along our state’s roadways.
When victims are hurt in crashes due to the negligence of others, they are encouraged to seek legal guidance and file a personal injury case. These claims provide financial relief for various damages. In order to recover compensation, you must be able to establish fault. If you share partial fault for the accident, you may still be entitled to compensation. However, the comparative negligence doctrine provides that the compensation you recover will be reduced by your share of the fault. For this reason, it is important that you hire an attorney immediately.
