Orange Grove, CA (February 17, 2023) – Two vehicles were involved in a motor vehicle accident on Thursday evening that sent at least one person to a local hospital with injuries. At around 6:00 p.m. on February 16, the California Highway Patrol was informed that a collision had occurred on California State Route 134.
According to law enforcement, a blue Volkswagen sedan collided with a black Toyota Tacoma on SR-134 near South Orange Grove Boulevard. A third vehicle was also located at the scene.
Authorities arrived at the scene and located the Volkswagen with severe front-end damage. The vehicles were blocking the #1 lane on the eastbound side of the road, causing some delays in the area.
Emergency crews responded to care for the victims who were injured. EMS then transported those in need of further care to area hospitals.
The circumstances surrounding the accident are currently being investigated.
