Truck Accidents in California
With 386,604 miles of roads, California is the state with the second-highest number of lane miles, trailing only Texas. Our state is a major center of trade, handling a large portion of the consumer goods that are delivered all across the United States, thanks to big port towns like Los Angeles, San Diego, and Long Beach. A total of 9,888 people were hurt in big truck collisions in 2019, and 392 people were killed in these accidents that year.
Injury rates in collisions involving a large tractor-trailer and a passenger car are often substantially higher than those in collisions involving two smaller passenger cars. Particularly, incidents of this nature are far more likely to result in catastrophic human injuries. The financial weight of a truck accident victim’s injuries shouldn’t be left entirely on their shoulders. We can assist you if an accident involving one or more tractor trailers left you with a traumatic brain injury or any other sort of severe physical trauma.
