Los Angeles, CA (February 21, 2023) – An automobile accident in the Los Angeles area left at least one person with injuries.
Troopers with the California Highway Patrol received a notification of a four-vehicle accident at approximately 4:40 p.m. on February 20.
Crash reports indicate that a white Kia, a white Chevrolet Sonic, a white Nissan Rogue, and a white Lexus all collided on the eastbound side of California State Route 134. All the vehicles rested on the roadway near the Interstate 5 Freeway. The incident blocked all of the lanes of travel, causing delays in the area.
Emergency crews responded to the scene of the accident to provide assistance. Multiple tow trucks responded to the scene to remove the damaged vehicles. Troopers with the California Highway Patrol assisted firefighters in removing debris from the road.
Victims received medical care while at the scene of the accident. At least one person was then transported to a local hospital for further treatment.
The circumstances surrounding the accident are currently being investigated.
