Newhall, CA (February 21, 2023) – At least one person was transported to an area hospital for the treatment of injuries following a head-on collision that occurred in the Newhall area.
The California Highway Patrol was notified about the collision at approximately 3:30 p.m. on February 20.
According to law enforcement, two vehicles collided head-on in the area of 34822 Bouquet Canyon Road. The incident blocks multiple lanes in the area, causing severe disruptions in traffic.
California Highway Patrol responded to the scene to provide assistance.
Paramedics were called to care for the injured victims while on-site. At least one person was transported to a local hospital for further medical care.
A local towing company responded to the scene of the accident to remove the damaged vehicles from the roadway.
At this time, the incident remains under investigation by troopers with the California Highway Patrol.
