Hesperia, CA (February 22, 2023) – At around 545 p.m. on February 20, troopers with the California Highway Patrol were called to provide assistance at the scene of an accident involving multiple vehicles that took place on the Summit Post Office Road.
According to officials, a white four-door Toyota RAV4, a white Ford Focus, a semi-truck, and a red vehicle all collided on Highway 138. The incident prompted officials to block off the roadway just east of Summit Post Office Road.
During the time that emergency crews were working to clear the site, the incident caused substantial delays in traffic.
In response to the call for assistance following the collision, paramedics were sent to the scene of the collision. Those who had sustained injuries and required additional medical attention were taken to nearby hospitals.
There is currently an investigation into the accident’s cause.
