Los Angeles, CA (February 22, 2023) – An automobile accident reported on the west side of Los Angeles sent at least one person to an area hospital with injuries.
The accident was reported just after 3:00 p.m. on February 21.
Troopers with the California Highway Patrol responded to the scene of the accident and located a black Chrysler 300 and a gray Honda Civic on the right side of the road along the westbound side of the Interstate 10 Freeway.
Authorities quickly secured the roadway just west of Robertson Boulevard as they worked to remove the damaged vehicles from the scene.
Paramedics responded to care for the injured victims and transport them to local hospitals.
Emergency crews remained at the scene for an extended period as they worked to remove the debris and damage to vehicles from the road.
The circumstances surrounding the accident are being investigated.
