San Francisco, CA (February 23, 2023) – A crash in the South of Market neighborhood left at least one person injured on Tuesday morning, February 21.
The San Francisco Police Department and local firefighters were called to provide assistance at the scene of an automobile accident that occurred on Mission Street at approximately 8:34 a.m.
According to reports, a collision blocked multiple lanes of Mission Street at the intersection with South Van Ness Avenue. Authorities responded to the scene of the accident to assess the situation.
Emergency crews blocked off multiple lanes at the intersection while tending to the injured victims.
At least one person suffered injuries and had to be transported to a local hospital for further care.
The police department in San Francisco is actively investigating the crash.
