Arvin, CA (February 25, 2023) – A 9-year-old boy died due to an automobile accident in Kern County on Thursday, February 23.
According to reports provided by California Highway Patrol, a young boy was riding a bicycle in the area of Traver Way and El Camino Real. For reasons unknown, he was involved in a collision with a truck.
The young child suffered severe injuries as a result of the accident. He was rushed to Kern Medical, where he later passed away.
The California Highway Patrol is actively investigating the crash.
