Los Angeles, CA – CHP Responds to Injury Crash on US-101 near N Western Ave

Los Angeles, CA (February 25, 2023) – The California Highway Patrol was dispatched to provide assistance on-site at an automobile accident that took place on Friday evening and ended with injuries.

On February 25, officers were notified that a collision had occurred on US Highway 101.

Preliminary investigations show that two vehicles collided on the northbound side of the highway. The incident prompted officials to close off multiple lanes of the road near North Western Avenue.

Both of the vehicles suffered damage and had to be towed from the scene.

Emergency medical service personnel responded to treat the victims who were harmed as a result of the accident. Injured parties were then transported by ambulance to local hospitals for further medical care.

The California Highway Patrol has an investigation underway to determine what caused the crash.
