Los Angeles, CA (February 25, 2023) – Just prior to 5:30 p.m. on February 24, the California Highway Patrol responded to provide assistance on site and an automobile accident that occurred in the central city that left at least one person with injuries.
According to officials, a collision between vehicles occurred on East 20th Street at the intersection of South Central Avenue. The incident blocked multiple travel lanes in the area, causing severe delays in traffic.
Emergency medical services responded to care for the victims who suffered injuries. At least one person was transported to a local hospital for further medical care.
The Los Angeles police department is currently investigating the accident.
