Los Angeles, CA (February 27, 2023) – The Los Angeles Police Department responded to the site of an automobile accident that took place in the Leimert Park section of Los Angeles and ended in injuries.
At approximately 1:20 p.m. on February 26, LAPD and local firefighters were requested at the scene of a crash that blocked multiple lanes of Crenshaw Boulevard. Authorities arrived at the scene and located the damaged vehicles on the roadway near West 43rd Street.
The police and Los Angeles County firefighters immediately secured the road to prevent others from being injured or further damaging the vehicles involved.
Emergency medical services were requested at the scene to care for the victims who suffered injuries. At least one of the people involved was transported to a local hospital for further medical care.
The Los Angeles Police Department is currently investigating the crash.
