Los Angeles, CA (February 28, 2023) – The California Highway Patrol and firefighters out of Los Angeles County were notified at around 4:15 p.m. on February 27 that their assistance was needed at the scene of an automobile accident that ended with injuries.
Reports provided by the police show that a Toyota Corolla and two other vehicles collided on the northbound side of South Azusa Avenue. The incident blocked several lanes of the roadway in the area just south of East Aroma Drive.
Multiple first responders were called to provide assistance while at the scene. The Toyota Corolla was severely damaged and had to be towed from the scene.
Emergency medical services tended to the injured victims while on site before transporting them to local hospitals.
The California Highway Patrol is currently investigating the accident.
