Car Accidents in California
Car accidents can have a truly debilitating impact on the lives of those involved. Unfortunately, this is the fate of thousands of people across our state each year. Statistics from 2021 show that over 200,000 auto accidents occurred throughout California. When multiple vehicles are involved in collisions, the possibility of injuries is greatly increased. In fact, more than tens of thousands of these accidents left one or more people injured.
Numerous people involved in accidents are forced into area hospitals where they have to undergo extensive medical treatment. Sometimes, victims have to go through surgery and remain hospitalized for several days or weeks following their collisions. The mental and physical consequences of collisions are made worse by the towering medical costs victims are forced to endure. Although we can take action to ensure the safety of those around us, we cannot prevent others who are sharing the road from engaging in reckless and negligent behaviors.
