Los Angeles, CA (March 1, 2023) – Emergency personnel out of Los Angeles County were called to provide assistance at the scene of the major multi-vehicle accident that took place on Tuesday, February 28.
According to officials, a total of five vehicles collided on the eastbound side of Interstate 10 at approximately 4:07 p.m. The vehicles were identified as a brown Ford Edge, a black Infiniti, a silver Honda Accord, and two additional sedans.
All four of the vehicles came to rest, blocking multiple lanes of travel just west of Peck Road.
Multiple tow trucks were called to the scene to remove the damaged vehicles.
Emergency medical services were dispatched to care for victims and transfer them to local hospitals.
The California Highway Patrol has a crash investigation underway to determine the cause of the accident.
