Los Angeles, CA (March 1, 2023) – An automobile accident reported in southeast Los Angeles left at least one victim with injuries on Tuesday afternoon, February 28, that resulted in injuries.
Calls for help came to the Los Angeles Police Department at approximately 3:40 p.m.
According to reports provided by the LAPD, vehicles collided on East 112 Street in the area of Avalon Boulevard. The incident prompted officials to block off multiple lanes in the area as they worked to remove the damaged vehicles and debris.
Paramedics were called to care for victims who suffered injuries. An unknown number of injured parties were transported to local hospitals for further treatment.
The crash remains under investigation by officers with the Los Angeles Police Department at this time.
