San Francisco, CA (March 2, 2023) – At least one person was transported to a local hospital for the treatment of injuries following a car crash that took place in the San Francisco area on Wednesday morning, March 1.
The accident was reported to California Highway Patrol troopers at approximately 9:40 a.m. as their assistance was requested at the scene.
Crash reports provided by the San Francisco Fire Department show that a Mercedes-Benz or a white Audi and a black Tesla Model Y were involved in a collision that blocked the one, two, and three lanes of travel on Highway 101 just past Bayshore Boulevard.

Paramedics treated the victims on-site before transporting them to area hospitals.
