Marin, CA (March 3, 2023) – Major injuries were reported as a result of a car crash that took place in the Marin area on Wednesday afternoon, March 1.

Just before 2:30 p.m., the California Highway Patrol was notified that their assistance was needed at the scene of a car crash that took place on US Highway 101.

According to reports, a collision between vehicles occurred on Redwood Highway, US Highway 101. The incident blocked multiple lanes in the area near San Antonio Road.

Emergency officials requested the assistance of EMS at the scene for at least one victim who suffered significant injuries. Medics rendered aid to the victims before transporting them to local hospitals.

The circumstances surrounding the accident are currently being investigated.
