Beaumont, CA (March 3, 2023) – A collision involving multiple vehicles occurred on Thursday morning in the region between Moreno Valley and Beaumont. As a result of the accident, two people had injuries that required hospitalization.

According to the California Highway Patrol, the crash was reported to have occurred on eastbound Highway 60 close to Timothy Lane at approximately 10:15 a.m. on March 2.

Reports show that a BMW was rear-ended by a Ford pickup truck, which triggered a chain-reaction incident involving a Dodge Ram 1500 pickup truck.

According to the Riverside County Fire Department, two individuals sustained moderate injuries and were sent to the Riverside University Medical Center in Moreno Valley for treatment.

California Highway Patrol troopers are currently investigating the crash.
