Norwalk, CA (March 4, 2023) – At 7:30 p.m. on March 2, the California Highway Patrol troopers responded to the scene of an automobile accident on Interstate 605.
According to authorities, a Nissan Sentra, a gray SUV, and a black Honda CRV collided on the northbound side of Interstate 605. Authorities arrived at the scene and located the SUV and the Honda in the number two lane just north of Firestone Boulevard. The Nissan was blocking an unknown lane of travel on the highway. Authorities responded to the scene and blocked off the roadway to prevent further damage or injuries.
Emergency medical services responded to care for victims and transported them to local hospitals.
Multiple tow trucks responded to the scene to remove the damaged vehicles. The Santa Fe Springs fire Department responded to provide assistance.
California Highway Patrol troopers are currently investigating the crash.
