San Francisco, CA (March 5, 2023) – At least one person was left injured after a car barreled through a window at the Kaiser Permanente in San Francisco’s Inner Richmond neighborhood.
The accident was reported at approximately 11:05 a.m. on March 3.
According to officials, a vehicle was traveling in the area of 4141 Geary Boulevard during the morning hours. For unknown reasons, the car went off the roadway and crashed into Kaiser Permanente.
Emergency crews rushed to the scene of the collision and immediately secured the road.
At least one person suffered injuries due to the accident and had to be transported to a local hospital.
The police department in San Francisco is currently investigating to determine what caused the motor vehicle collision to take place.
