Los Angeles, CA (March 6, 2023) – On March 5, troopers with the California Highway Patrol responded to the scene of a motor vehicle accident that took place in Los Angeles and sends at least one person to a local hospital with injuries.
At approximately 5:15 a.m., a red Infiniti G35 and a Mercedes-Benz collided on the northbound side of the Interstate 110 Freeway. The incident prompted officials to close off a portion of the road near Interstate 105.
Multiple tow trucks responded to the scene of the accident to provide assistance with the removal of the damaged vehicles.
California Highway Patrol and firefighters worked to remove debris from the road and to allow traffic through.
Emergency medical services responded to care for the victims who suffered injuries. At least one person involved in the crash was transported to a local hospital for further medical care.
The California Highway Patrol troopers are actively investigating the accident.
