Los Angeles, CA (March 8, 2023) – At 5:11 p.m. on March 7, troopers with the California Highway Patrol responded to provide assistance on-site at a car crash that took place on the south side of Los Angeles and ended in injuries.
According to law enforcement, a Honda CRV and a gray Dodge pickup truck collided on the eastbound side of Interstate 105. The incident prompted officials to close off the road near the on-ramp for Central Avenue.
District 7 patrol troopers responded to provide assistance to area firefighters. Emergency crews remained at the scene extensively as they worked to clear the road.
At least one tow truck was requested to remove the damaged vehicles from the scene of the crash.
Emergency medical services responded to care for injured victims and transferred them to area hospitals.
At this time, the incident remains under investigation.
