Northridge, CA (March 7, 2023) – On March 7, the Los Angeles Police Department in Los Angeles County Fire Department responded to the scene of a car crash that took place in the Northridge area.
According to officials, just after 1:00 p.m., a silver sedan and an unknown number of vehicles were involved in a crash on Nordhoff Street in the area of Tampa Avenue. The incident prompted officials to close down the right lane of travel as they worked to provide assistance at the scene.
Emergency crews removed debris from the scene of the accident. A tow truck was requested to remove at least one vehicle from the crash site. Emergency medical services rendered aid to the victims before transporting them to area hospitals.
The circumstances surrounding the accident are being investigated.
