Oakland, CA (March 8, 2023) – At 12:10 p.m. on March 6, the police and firefighters out of Oakland responded to the scene of a crash in the Eastmont Hills section of the city that resulted in injuries.
According to officials, a collision between vehicles occurred in the 8100 block of MacArthur Boulevard. The incident prompted the police and firefighters to close off multiple lanes in the area as they worked to clear the scene. The involved vehicles, one identified as possibly a postal truck, suffered damage due to the crash. Both vehicles were removed from the scene.
Paramedics responded to the site of the accident to care for the injured victims. At least one person was transported to a local hospital for further treatment.
