Car Accidents in California
Dealing with the aftermath of a motor vehicle accident is not something that people are able to prepare for. Regrettably, tens of thousands of people are harmed on a monthly basis as a result of accidents right here in the state of California. In the Fremont area, it is also common to see people level serious injuries that impact their lives forever.
We see many people left with severe spinal cord injuries in the aftermath of motor vehicle accidents. Unfortunately, these injuries often result in paralysis, which can be permanent in nature. Depending on the location of the injury, victims may be able to lose the ability to use their arms and their legs. When the injury is considered incomplete, meaning that some signal still passes through the spinal cord, a victim may be able to go through months of therapy and rehabilitation in order to regain strength and the use of their affected limbs. When an injury is considered complete, the victim will most likely have to utilize a wheelchair and various other medical devices indefinitely.
In addition to spinal cord injuries, we see many people left with traumatic brain injuries, significant cuts and lacerations, and even severe compound fractures. If you have been injured as a result of a car accident, you may be able to take legal action in order to get some justice for the pain and suffering that you have been forced to endure.
