Los Angeles, CA (March 9, 2023) – A crash took place in the Central City East section of Los Angeles that sent at least one person to a local hospital with injuries.
The Los Angeles Police Department was notified about the crash just after 2:30 p.m. on March 9.
According to officials, a collision between vehicles occurred on Center Street during the afternoon hours. The incident prompted the LAPD to close off the roadway near Ramirez Street with the assistance of area firefighters.
Emergency crews went to work quickly on securing the road and clearing the scene of the accident.
At least one person involved in the crash was injured and had to be transported to a local hospital for further medical care.
The circumstances surrounding the accident are currently being investigated.
