Car Accidents in California
Car crashes force victims to deal with overwhelming consequences every day here in the state of California. In fact, hundreds of people are hospitalized every day with injuries that they have suffered. Common injuries that car crash victims are left with following accidents include:

These and other injuries can have an overwhelming impact on victims. Many victims are unprepared to deal with physical and emotional injuries following motor vehicle accidents. Unfortunately, victims often face significant financial consequences as well.
After an automobile accident, injured parties are able to file personal injury claims against those who are responsible. A legal claim can provide you with financial relief for some of the damages that you face. This can include money for:

- Vehicle repairs or replacement

To recover compensation, you must be able to successfully file a personal injury claim against the responsible party. This is done by showing that they owe you a duty of care. In California, drivers who are traveling on our roadways are always required to act responsibly while behind the wheel. You must then show that the person was negligent or reckless by engaging in some action that directly breached the duty. This could be by showing that they were speeding, on their phone, or engaging in another reckless action. Finally, you must be able to show that their action caused the accident to take place in that you suffered damages.
