Los Angeles, CA (March 13, 2023) – At 2:00 p.m. on March 11, Los Angeles Police Department officers were dispatched to provide assistance at the scene of a crash in the Hyde Park area.
Preliminary reports show the vehicles collided on West 48th Street at the intersection of 9th Avenue. The police and firefighters responded to the scene of the accident and closed up the intersection.
The victims who had incurred injuries were attended to by emergency medical personnel at the scene. At least one person who was involved in the collision sustained injuries that necessitated additional medical care. The person was taken to a nearby hospital in an ambulance after the accident.
The crash is currently being investigated by LAPD.
