Rancho Cucamonga, CA (March 14, 2023) – The California Highway Patrol confirmed that two people were left injured as a result of a truck accident that took place in Rancho Cucamonga.
Just after 4:00 p.m. on March 13, California Highway Patrol troopers were called to the scene of a crash on Interstate 10. Reports show that a red sedan and a semi-truck collided on the westbound side of the interstate. The crash prompted CHP to shut down the road just east of Sierra Avenue. Upon arriving at the scene, CHP also located a white Volvo SUV in a gray Ford F2 50 pickup truck.
Two people were injured as a result of the crash. One victim was transported to Kaiser Fontana for emergency medical care. The second victim was transported to Arrowhead Regional Medical Center for emergency care.
Investigations are currently underway by CHP.
