Los Angeles, CA (March 15, 2023) – On March 13, the California Highway Patrol was dispatched to the scene of an automobile accident in the Los Angeles area that ended in injuries.
According to officials, at around 6:03 a.m., a black Mercedes sedan and a light-colored pickup truck collided on the southbound lanes of Interstate 405 on the south side of Los Angeles. The incident prompted officials to respond to the scene and shut down a portion of the roadway near the on-ramp for Wilmington Avenue.
Medics responded to treat the victims who were injured in the crash and transport them to local hospitals.
California Highway Patrol troopers have an investigation underway.
