Alivia E. Abreu, Esq. is a Supervising Attorney with two years of experience practicing as an attorney and seven years of experience in the legal field. She specializes in the areas of personal injury and wrongful death, especially catastrophic injury, traumatic brain injury, and traumatic spine injury cases. Alivia is a passionate advocate for her clients as she fights for justice. Her success in her compassionate approach to legal representation is evident in her numerous, impressive legal victories.

Ms. Abreu is a firm believer that everyone deserves to be treated with dignity and kindness, and she extends this benevolence to everyone, including those whom she represents. Fostering a strong attorney-client relationship, Alivia fights to secure financial compensation to seek justice for the injustices that her clients have faced. Alivia has secured $1 million in a wrongful death suit, $1 million in a wrongful death suit with disputed liability, and $1 million in a motor vehicle accident settlement, among many other notable victories. Originally from Boston, Alivia has dedicated her life to aiding victims and bringing justice to underrepresented and marginalized groups. She has an intense passion to fight for the underdog.

“At the end of the day, my clients are victims. It is my duty and my pleasure to go above and beyond to get them the justice and compensation for what they’ve endured. Turning over every possible stone for my clients is the least I can do.”

Ms. Abreu obtained her Juris Doctor from the Thomas Jefferson School of Law in San Diego, and she is an esteemed member of the Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles (CAALA). Alivia is also intensely altruistic in her personal life, donating significant amounts of her time to non-profit work. She especially helps at non-profits that aid children with medical conditions, including those that raise funds to give the gift of hearing to deaf children through surgical implantation of cochlear devices. Additionally, Alivia also volunteers as a grant writer for a non-profit that aids families with sun-related disorders.

Outside of law and her philanthropic work, Alivia enjoys staying active, traveling, playing with her kittens, reading books, studying languages, and researching interesting topics to keep her mind sharp.
