Christina M. Le, Esq. is a Senior Attorney specializing in employment class action and complex litigation. With more than fifteen years practicing law, Christina is a potent advocate for employees, having obtained numerous multimillion-dollar settlements on her clients’ behalf in employment and other plaintiff-side cases.
Ms. Le began her legal career working as a defense attorney, working for several well-known local and national firms. She later transitioned to plaintiff-side employment work, where she found her true calling as an advocate for employees; Christina is now solely focused on representing employees who have been wronged by their employers. Her passion in representing employees stems from her desire to help the same kinds of people she grew up with, diligent, working-class, salt-of-the-earth individuals, like her parents, who work hard to provide for their families. Christina uses her knowledge from working as a defense attorney to gain insight into how to best represent her clients, and she seeks to serve as the voice for wronged employees as they pursue rightful compensation and compliance with important state and federal employment laws. Christina is confident in the difference that she makes fighting and prevailing against large corporate companies in the interests of her clients.
“It’s not the size of the dog in the fight, it’s the size of the fight in the dog. “ – Mark Twain
Christina has worked in law for over twenty years, working as a case clerk and legal assistant prior to law school. She earned her Juris Doctor from Loyola Law School locally in Los Angeles, where she benefitted from their top trial advocacy program. Ms. Le is a distinguished member of the National Employment Lawyers Association (NELA), the California Employment Lawyers Association (CELA), the Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles (CAALA), the Los Angeles Bar Association (LACBA), and the Vietnamese American Bar Association of Southern California (VABA).
Additionally, she has always been very active in civic duty, seeing the necessity of giving back to her surrounding community. From a young age, Christina has been an advocate for others working in her community to help those in need. Despite being such an accomplished attorney, she also finds time to complete volunteer work, especially for A Walk on Water (www.awalkonwater.org), a surf therapy charity dedicated to positively changing the lives of special needs children.
When not fighting for employee rights, Christina enjoys cooking, going to music shows with her partner, and taking her two dogs, Dahlia and Chase, on adventures. She also appreciates gourmet food, hiking, and world travel.
