Muhammed Hussain is an experienced class action attorney. He joined Wilshire Law Firm to continue representing the people of California, as part of the firm’s stellar legal team. Mr. Hussain has been practicing law, and winning millions for his clients, since 2008. He has won lawsuits against big corporations like East West Bank and MetLife, Inc., and class action lawsuits against Herbalife and My Pillow.
Mr. Hussain has extensive experience arguing motions, drafting trial documents and creating settlement agreements. He has written numerous appeals and writ proceedings in the California Court of Appeal; including the Ducoing Mgmt., Inc. v. Superior Court brief, which became a published decision (234 Cal. App. 4th 306). Mr. Hussain was also an extern for Judge David O. Carter, in the Central District of California.
Muhammed Hussain graduated from the University of California, Los Angeles with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics in 2003. UCLA recognized his academic excellence by placing his name on their Provost List, twice. He earned his Juris Doctor at Loyola Law School, Los Angeles in 2008.
Prior to college, Mr. Hussain served in the United States Air Force and the California Air National Guard. As a first-generation lawyer and an immigrant, Mr. Hussain takes pride in supporting and giving back to our community. He also enjoys practicing sports and traveling.
