Nathan’s vast legal knowledge and litigation skills are a key asset in Wilshire Law Firms’ employment department. He has been practicing law since 2016 and focuses on employment law including wrongful termination, sexual harassment, discrimination, retaliation, and wage and hour law. Even at a young age, Nathan was no stranger to the legal field, as his father was a lawyer and established his very own law firm. Coming from a family with extensive legal experience helped cultivate Nathan and set him on the right path for his own professional experience as a top-performing employment lawyer.
His life history in sports taught him discipline and a winning mentality. His previous work experience as a sports agent representing professional basketball players throughout Asia, Europe, North America, and South America helped him develop and fine-tune his negotiation skills, going up against some of the largest sports agencies in Los Angeles. Nathan places a high value on this professional experience. He is confident that his acquired competencies allow him to serve his clients better.
As a former baseball player, he needed to fuel his competitive personality and became a lawyer to win for a significant cause: protecting people’s rights.
“I take an aggressive, hands-on approach to the representation of my clients and am proud to give a voice to those who may otherwise have none.”
Nathan provides outstanding service to clients who have been subjected to sexual harassment or discrimination based on race, gender, disability, and other protected characteristics. He regularly prosecutes employment actions against Fortune 500 companies and smaller organizations accused of discrimination, including claims of sexual misconduct. Nathan has had tremendous success in achieving significant awards and settlements for his clients.
