Zachary D. Greenberg, Esq.

Associate Attorney

Zachary D. Greenberg, Esq. is a fourth-year Associate Attorney who works exclusively in complex litigation of class and representative PAGA actions in both state and federal court.  Mr. Greenberg is admitted to practice law in the State of California, the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, and the United States District Court for the Central and Eastern Districts of California.  Zachary is well-versed in all aspects of class and PAGA litigation and utilizes a creative approach to obtaining results for class members and aggrieved employees.   

Mr. Greenberg excels in navigating complex legal issues and is a well-established problem-solver.  Mr. Greenberg always prioritizes achieving favorable results on behalf of his clients.  As a key asset to Wilshire Law Firm, Mr. Greenberg has demonstrated the critical ability and wherewithal to know when to aggressively pursue litigation or when to engage in dispute resolution and settlement negotiations.  He has a proven track record of obtaining results.  

Zachary has proven to be instrumental in securing multiple million-dollar plus settlements against various corporate entities for wage-and-hour violations.  He enjoys establishing a rapport with his clients and developing strong working relationships within a variety of different settings, including mediation, arbitration, etc.  Mr. Greenberg thoroughly enjoys working closely with the experienced and multi-faceted team at Wilshire Law Firm.   

Zachary is a Seattle native who earned his Juris Doctor from Loyola Law School locally here in downtown Los Angeles.  He feels connected to the local legal community and particularly with his fellow Loyola alumni.  Mr. Greenberg obtained a Bachelor of Arts in International Business and a Minor in Economics with a particular emphasis on the economies of the Pacific Rim.  When not practicing law, Zachary is an avid follower and supporter of English football – particularly in North London.
