One of Charity’s proudest achievements was helping scale a tech-enabled court reporting agency from 35 to 300 employees, demonstrating her ability to deliver growth and efficiency at scale. Outside of work, Charity enjoys spending time with her family, chauffeuring her daughter, running, and watching college football. Inspired by her Midwestern roots, her personal philosophy is simple: “Be kinder than is necessary.”
