boy killed in sonoma county crash
A 3-year-old boy was killed in a Sonoma County pedestrian accident, according to the California Highway Patrol (CHP).

At about 6 p.m. on July 10, a family was crossing the intersection of Railroad and Verano avenues when a truck struck and fatally injured the boy.

The child was transported by air to Queen of the Valley Medical Center, where he was later pronounced dead.

The rest of the family, including another child in a stroller, escaped injury.

“At this time, investigators are doing everything they can to get to the bottom of this most tragic incident,” said a representative of Wilshire Law Firm.
