Erratic Motorist May Have Caused Malibu Motorcycle Accident
On August 28, an erratic motorist may have been the cause of a motorcycle accident in the area of Mulholland Highway and Kanan Dume Road above Malibu, according to the California Highway Patrol (CHP).
The collision between the motorcycle and a Kia occurred about 11:55 a.m. At least one person was transported to the hospital.
Prior to the incident, dispatchers received a call about an erratic driver in the same area. Investigators were determining whether the two incidents are linked.
“We hope that the truth comes out sooner rather than later so justice can be done,” said a representative of Wilshire Law Firm.
