Support This First-Generation Scholarship

The Los Angeles Marathon is upon us, and our team can’t wait! Wilshire Law Firm is running to raise funds for a first-generation scholarship that will benefit one student, in the 2017-2018 academic year at Loyola Law School. We’re proud to champion this campaign, in the name of higher education.

You can donate as little or as much as you are comfortable giving. This first-generation scholarship will put one student on the road to realizing their dream. It’s a selfless act of kindness to brighten the path of a future professional. Your contribution will help alleviate their financial burden. Moreover, it will give more students the confidence to become the best they can be.

For many first-generation law students, the struggle is real. They’re often faced with financial difficulties and lack of familial guidance about the profession. Those who are raised in immigrant families understand the level of resilience that is often needed to thrive and succeed.

But it can be done! Wilshire Law Firm’s Founding President and Managing Attorney, Bobby Saadian, became a successful attorney and has inspired his team, and many legal professionals, to give back. Mr. Saadian is a first-generation law school alumni. Thus, when it comes to supporting those, who want to have a brighter future, he’s the first one to extend his helping hand.

Every year, Wilshire Law Firm gives thousands of dollars, in direct donations and goods, to countless charitable organizations in the city of Los Angeles. This noble philanthropic legacy has earned Mr. Saadian’s firm a special place in the heart of the community. He is, also, recognized as one of the Most Influential Minority Lawyers in Los Angeles, by the Los Angeles Business Journal, and he serves as a Diamond-Level Honorary Board Member of the Los Angeles Trial Lawyers’ Charities.

Higher education is the pillar of sustainable development in our society. At Wilshire Law Firm, we believe that every member of our diverse community deserves a chance to excel, if given the opportunity. Help a first-generation law student become another stellar member of the legal community! Extend your support to a dedicated, young hopeful, and inspire others to do the same.
