VeriSource Services, Inc., (VSI), a commercial entity based in Houston, Texas, has reported a massive data breach that compromised the personal information of approximately 4 million individuals. The breach was officially discovered on April 17, 2025, though the unauthorized access initially occurred on February 27, 2024.

What Happened?

On February 28, 2024, VSI became aware of unusual activity that disrupted access to certain systems.
