With two years of legal experience following a two-year career in finance, Nima brings a unique blend of critical thinking, analytical skills, and professional acumen to his practice. Highly educated at several of the world’s most prestigious institutions, Nima attended Harvard-Westlake School in Los Angeles before earning his undergraduate degrees in Biomedical Engineering and Economics from Washington University in St. Louis. He then attended Harvard University, where he studied law and finance, focusing his coursework on large businesses, complex litigation of sophisticated parties, and the analysis of publicly traded companies. Nima ultimately graduated from Harvard Law School with his JD and worked in the hedge fund industry on Wall Street for two years before starting his legal career. 

Nima’s legal career is marked by his involvement in high-stakes litigation, most notably his work in Wilshire Law Firm’s class action lawsuits against Apple, challenging the company’s claims regarding the true water resistance of its iPhones and the validity of Apple’s advertised cost sharing opportunities. A member of multiple esteemed organizations, including the Harvard Club of Southern California, CAALA, and the California Lawyers Association, Nima is committed to cultivating the skills necessary to be a successful advocate.
