Centrally responsible for the business activities of over 600 team members at the firm, Rita oversees the successful execution of the firm’s day-to-day operations, ensuring that clients receive legal services that consistently exceed their expectations.
Rita possesses a diverse and extensive legal background that has allowed her to develop and implement creative growth opportunities at Wilshire Law Firm while streamlining business processes. She plays a critical role in allowing the firm to function efficiently and operate at the highest possible standard daily. With more than 20 years of significant experience in the legal field, Rita’s leadership has proven instrumental in helping Wilshire Law Firm secure a roster of talented litigators and team members.
