Andrew Haling, Esq.

Senior Attorney

Andrew T. Haling, Esq. is a Senior Attorney who helps clients manage legal disputes and pursue out-of-court settlements. Andrew employs more than twelve years of legal experience in assisting clients with a multitude of case types: wrongful death, catastrophic injury, spinal cord injury, traumatic brain injury, amputation, burn injury, car accidents, bike accidents, dog bites, product and premise liability, government claims, and more. Andrew’s impressive breadth of practice allows him to bring a unique perspective to meet clients’ needs. Andrew has successfully recovered more than $40 million for his clients throughout his illustrious career.

At the core of Andrew’s practice is his belief that every person is entitled to human dignity and legal rights. He exemplifies this belief in the work that he does which compels corporations to recognize that people are not numbers on a spreadsheet but individuals deserving of respect and consideration. Andrew always wanted to be an advocate for individual rights, and he believes that nothing is more personal and valued than a person’s health.

“No one has the right to hurt you, but you have the right to hire an attorney that will fight to make you whole.”

In Andrew’s first seven-figure case, he represented a young woman who was struck by a ride-share company vehicle while traversing a crosswalk. Stressed out by the emotional burden two months into the legal dispute, the woman called Andrew asking him to settle. Hearing his client but being adept in the law, Andrew got her the emotional support she needed and detailed the reasons why they should continue pursuing the case. Eventually, the case continued under Andrew’s persistence, and he recovered a seven-figure settlement for his client.

The experience with this case was a formative moment for Andrew in realizing how much the emotional well-being and trust of his clients mattered to him. Andrew carries this lesson with him, offering his clients the highest level of care and counsel regardless of their situation. He works diligently to develop a strong bond with each of his clients. Andrew’s legal acumen, compassion, and tenacity have carried him to multiple six and seven-figure settlements for his clients including a $1.3 million auto v. auto settlement, a $1 million auto v. auto settlement, and two separate $1 million auto v. pedestrian cases among many others.

Andrew earned his Juris Doctor from the University of San Francisco, and his dedication and expertise have earned him prestigious membership in the Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles (CAALA), the Consumer Attorneys of California (CAOC), and the San Francisco Trial Lawyers Association (SFTLA).

Outside of law, Andrew enjoys spending time with his wife and two children; he is also an avid ice hockey fan.
