Arrash T. Fattahi is a Junior Partner at Wilshire Law Firm, specializing in labor and employment litigation, wage and hour class actions, and Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA) claims. Arrash earned his Juris Doctor from The George Washington University Law School, where he served as a Notes Editor for the prestigious Federal Circuit Bar Journal. His dedication to public service is exemplified by his recognition for contributing over 340 hours of pro bono service during law school. He graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, focusing on American Government, from the University of California, Los Angeles.
Arrash is an active member of the California Employment Lawyers Association (CELA), Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles (CAALA), and Iranian American Bar Association (IABA). He is licensed to practice law in the State of California and in the Central, Southern, Eastern, and Northern Districts of California. Outside of law, Arrash enjoys playing chess and backgammon, running, traveling, and is a devoted Lakers fan.
