Arsiné earned her Juris Doctor from Southwestern Law School, where she earned the CALI Award, an award given to the student with the highest grade that recognizes excellence in achievement by law students in their studies. She served as a student editor for the Journal of International Media and Entertainment Law and has been published for her unique research where she created an eight-factor balancing test to aid international courts and tribunals in determining when a particular act of sexual violence crosses the line into genocide. Arsiné is admitted to practice before all California State Courts and the Federal District Courts for the Northern, Eastern, Southern and Eastern Districts of California. She serves on the Board of Governors as the Communications Chair for the Trial Advocacy Honors Program at Southwestern Law School. Arsiné is an esteemed member of the California Employment Lawyers Association (CELA) and the Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles (CAALA).
