Diego Aviles, Esq., serves as the Senior Attorney at a Wilshire Law firm, specializing in Employment Law and Wage-and-Hour Class Actions. With well over 6 years of dedicated practice in the field, Diego earned his B.A. in Political Science and B.A. in Criminology, Law & Society from the University of California, Irvine. He later obtained his Juris Doctor from Santa Clara University School of Law. 

Diego is an active member of the California Employment Lawyers Association and has successfully litigated significant cases, including Alberto v. Cambrian Homecare, a published California Appellate Opinion. This case established the interconnectedness of arbitration and confidentiality agreements in the employment context, a decision praised by the Labor Commissioner.
