Douglas M. Weisband, Esq. is a Senior Attorney in his sixth year of practicing law. Douglas’ practice focuses on Employment Law, with an emphasis on Discrimination, Retaliation, Sexual Harassment, and Wrongful Termination.
Douglas’ has extensive trial experience in state, federal, and tribal courts. He has successfully recovered millions of dollars on behalf of victims of discrimination and sexual harassment. While Douglas is a stanch advocate, he takes a curated approach when engaging with his victim clients, considering their unique, individual needs. Douglas is a natural born advocate. In high school, Douglas began advocating for youth voting rights and was invited to speak in front of the Pennsylvania General Assembly. His efforts earned him recognition from the city of Pittsburgh. This experience bolstered his drive to become a voice for the disenfranchised. He went on to obtain a Bachelor of Arts from Indiana University and Juris Doctor from Chicago-Kent College of Law. Douglas began his legal career in Pennsylvania before moving to California. He is admitted to practice law in both California and Pennsylvania.
His professional philosophy is that “working hard for something we don’t care about is called stress; working hard for something we love is called passion.” It is only fitting that his work in advocating for wronged workers is fueled by passion.
