His time in the defense world gave him invaluable insider knowledge of how major companies evaluate and fight claims – an edge he now uses to dismantle their playbooks from the plaintiff’s side.
Jesús’s expertise and reputation earned him membership in the International Association of Defense Counsel, an invitation-only organization limited to the top 2,500 defense attorneys and insurance executives worldwide.
Motivated by a deep sense of justice, Jesús transitioned to plaintiff-side advocacy to fight for individuals and families devastated by negligence. Since joining Wilshire Law Firm, he’s been entrusted with some of the firm’s most complex, high-stakes cases – recovering millions of dollars in life-changing compensation for his clients. His track record includes multiple appearances on California’s Top Verdicts & Settlements lists. Notably, he helped secure:
