He fought on behalf of the client who was exposed to asbestos when applying roofing cement on his home and rental properties beginning in the 1980s. Plaintiffs pursued negligence, defective design, failure to warn, and loss of consortium claims. They also sought punitive damages. The jury found in favor of the client, highlighting Jonathan’s prowess in litigation strategy.
